For template-based products, buyers receive the product exactly as described on the product page. Any additional customization, third-party integrations, publishing approvals, advertising account approvals, or platform policy-related issues are outside the original purchase scope and do not qualify for refunds.

We are responsible only for delivering the product or service as described. Approval by third-party platforms, ad network behavior, account limitations, or policy decisions made by external providers are beyond our control.
